Business Development Manager — NYC

JetRockets is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will help build an effective sales practice within our organization. The perfect candidate will have experience selling software development services to small and medium size businesses, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and generating new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. Responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
